Luftrum-Pandorum-II-for-Omnisphere-2.webp

Pandorum II is a modern, mind-bending and dark sci-fi experience, featuring 400 deep programmed cinematic sounds.

nFollowing the prequel success Pandorum, and with over four months in the making, the set is created and designed by sound designer Stephan Baer and curated by Luftrum.

nPandorum II is perfect for any game- or filmscore situation that requires pulsing rhythms, dark sci-fi underscore synths, somber ominous basses, lush pads and atmospheres, ambient keys, dark industrial hits and pitched transitions, sinister soundscapes and last but not least, a big selection of driving and pulsing arpeggios and BPM material. Over 100 of the presets are based around tense rhythmic structures.

nMain influences are composers such as Max Richter & Lorne Balfe (Ad Astra), Steven Price (Gravity), Benjamin Wallfisch & Hans Zimmer (Dune, Bladerunner 2049), Jon Ekstrand (Life), M83 and the late and great Jóhann Jóhannsson (Arrival).

nCheck out the YouTube teasers below and the playlist of demo tracks. The playlist contains ‘dressed’ and ‘naked’ versions of many of the demos. The dressed versions might have added vocals, strings or other sounds and effects and the naked ones are the exact same tracks, just stripped to the bone without any additional content – produced using only presets from the Omnisphere sound pack.

nPandorum II requires Omnisphere version 2.8. All presets are sorted in official Spectrasonics categories and all have a few dB of headroom reserved. The presets contain extensive modulation routings, including modwheel and velocity assignments. Aftertouch is used wherever applicable. There’s a PDF guide included, that describes how to install the set. The cover artwork is licensed from and created by Max Hay.

Luftrum-Gemina-II-for-Omnisphere-2.webp

In a world where silence reigns, where the echoes of civilization linger like ghosts, emerges a collection of Omnipshere 2 presets that plunges you into the heart of a postapocalyptic and dystopian reality.

nPresenting Gemina II, the highly anticipated sequel to one of our best selling libraries Gemina, which received a remarkable 9.2/10 review in Future Music Magazine.

nThis sequel delivers 400 brand new Omnisphere presets that captures the essence of a broken tomorrow and expand your arsenal of cinematic, postapocalyptic and dystopian sounds.
Dark corroded sequences, warped basses, and decayed rhythmic pulses form the backbone of this expansive soundset.

nAtmospheric pads that swell like the last rays of sunlight piercing through nuclear clouds. Irradiated soundscapes and textures are harsh, raw and unapologetically real, while gritty keys resonate with the melancholy of forgotten dreams. It’s a narrative told through the eerie beauty of empty skyscrapers and the relentless pulse of a world that refuses to die. Navigate through salvaged polysynths and evocative hybrid instruments, gripping FX, hits and transitions, Gemina II sparks inspiration amidst the ruins, adding depth and intensity to your compositions.
This Omnisphere soundbank is perfectly suited for producers, film and game composers alike.
Gemina II is inspired by artists like Atticus Ross (Book of Eli), Ben Salisbury & Geoff Barrow (Annihilation, Ex Machina), Gustavo Santaolalla (The Last of Us), and Mark Morgan (Wasteland 2), while drawing inspiration from modern visionaries such as zYnthetic (Soundtrack for the Apocalypse), Inon Zur (Fallout 4), Michael Hodges & Gerald Trottman (Blade Runner Black Lotus) and John Powell & David Buckley (Jason Bourne).

nEmbrace the chaos, find beauty in the broken, and let the sounds lead you through the ruins of a world waiting to be reborn. But don’t take our word for it – let your ears be the judge and listen to the demos below.

Luftrum-Gemina-for-Omnisphere-2.webp

Sift through the wreckage, and link up with the survivors in Gemina for Omnisphere 2. Sonic Underworld and Luftrum unseal a secret trove of presets from deep within the Luftrum sound bunker.

nConsisting of 400 Omnisphere patches, this library provides a massive arsenal to augment your existing palette of modern dystopian sounds.

nGemina’s broad tapestry of sonics is brought to life with extensive use of Omnisphere’s modulation system. In particular its multi-segment envelopes combined with its arpeggiator, provide excellent starting points for your journey. Accompanying you through your travels are evocative sequences, ballistic basses, corroded rhythmic pulses, and feral leads.

nYou will also encounter evolving oxidized pads, radioactive soundscapes, distorted keys and moody guitars. Regroup and refit with salvaged polysynths and expressive hybrid instruments. Along for the ride are errant, unnerving FX, gripping hits and sweeps, as well as inspiring transitions.

nCinema and game composers will benefit greatly from Gemina’s dark brooding beauty. The versatility of this set goes further, and the inherent subtleties will find a place in any modern production in need of melancholy grit.

nGemina takes its cues from composers such as Lorne Balfe, Ludwig Göransson, Bear McCreary, David Buckley and Marc Canham. Other influences range from popular artists such as Tony Anderson, Melodysheep, Low, and Olafur Arnalds.

nAll presets are carefully adjusted for headroom and include assignments for modwheel, velocity and aftertouch. Go deeper with Omnisphere’s extensive list of compatible hardware for additional hands-on control. Presets are organized using Spectrasonics native tagging system and sorted by category.

nGrab your shortwave radio, gear up and replenish your load-out with a soundset of truly postapocalyptic proportions.

Luftrum-28-Phase-Plant-Presets.webp

Explore Luftrum 28, a symbiosis of modern synth sounds that blend seamlessly with timeless sounds from the past. It’s the latest set in the Luftrum series of synth soundsets.

This collection features 75 presets handcrafted by Luftrum and sculpted for Phase Plant by Kilohearts – a synth titan renowned for its fusion of analog, wavetable, and granular, coupled with endless modulation possibilities.
With deep roots in both the past and the future, Luftrum 28 builds upon its lineage of soundsets, featuring rich bioluminescent pads, expressive poly synths, and legendary classic emulations. Dive into 80s-inspired basses and leads, cinematic split-key ensembles, transcendent synth keys, ethereal plucks, and otherworldly psybient timbres.

Drawing inspiration from a broad range of artists and a mix of genres, including the retro vibes of the 80s and with a focus on the ambient side of electronic music, Luftrum 28 paints a tribute to artists like Vangelis and Jon Hopkins to Madonna, Boards of Canada, and Imagination. Luftrum 28 offers both a nostalgic homage to the greats and a seedbed for new, photosynthetic musical life forms.

The set also reflects Luftrum’s cosmic curiosity, featuring audio samples from NASA’s archives. Hear the mesmerizing hum of the Sun, melodically transformed into an awe-inspiring pad. Marvel at the Earth’s magnetosphere, a celestial ballet between Earth and the Sun, as charged plasma particles dance in space’s grand expanse.

In addition to the 75 synth presets the pack includes 75 wavetables and 75 pad samples for Phase Plant’s granular or sampler engine. These are neatly organized in separate folders for easy integration into any other wavetable or granular synth.

Luftrum 28 comes in two versions for optimal flexibility: The original set, with high polyphony and polyphonic effect chains, and an Eco version optimized for reduced CPU load with limitations on polyphony, effect chains, and decreased granular performance etc. We recommend only installing the Eco version if your system struggles with the original version.

All presets have 8 macros assigned, along with meaningful controls for velocity, modwheel, aftertouch, and added dB headroom, so you can craft with confidence. Included is a PDF guide that explains how to install the soundset. The set, including extras, is 419 MB while the soundbank alone is 109 MB and requires Phase Plant v2.1.0 or later.

And for those venturing into the Phase Plant universe for the first time, Kilohearts has a subscribe-to-own plan, for $10 per month, with the freedom to cancel anytime.
Luftrum-ESC-Chronicles-from-the-Stars-for-Omnisphere-2.webp

Chronicles from the Stars was born at Superbooth in Berlin in a meetup between the creative minds of the European Sound Collective (ESC) and Luftrum.

nESC is a collective of freelance sound designers from across Europe, united by their passion for designing synth presets. This group includes part-time enthusiasts, dedicated hobbyists, and full-time professionals.

nChronicles from the Stars contains 100 presets for Omnisphere 2, designed by the ESC members and curated by Luftrum.

nThis soundset is crafted to evoke the mystery and majesty of the cosmos, aimed at stargazers and thinkers fascinated by the vast expanse of the universe. The presets raise the eternal question “Is there life beyond Earth?” and provide a sonic exploration that answers this question with imagination and awe. Chronicles from the Stars is the ideal Omnisphere expansion for observing the night sky or simply escaping into a starlit auditory universe.

nExplore distant ambient soundscapes that echo from the infinite cosmos, where intercepted signals from far-off galaxies mingle with strange alien texture. Drift through expansive clouds of cosmic dust, and immerse yourself in obscure interstellar sounds and the gentle arpeggios of twinkling stars.

nThe presets are designed by ESC members Burny Huber, Carl Lofgren (Plughugger), Fred Nongat (Subsonic Artz), Henrik Larsen (JX3D), Tim Dale (SabreSounds), Anton Anru (Anru Sounds), Adam Henderson (CAXA), Charles Coblin, Jan Bakker, and Michael Muth. Each designer has infused the Omnisphere expansion with their own personal interpretation of space and the cosmos – creating a rich palette of sounds that range from the ethereal and experimental, to the obscure and otherworldly.

nThe set is compatible with Omnisphere version 2.8 or later. All presets are categorized according to official Spectrasonics categories. Included is a PDF guide for easy installation.

Luftrum-Lost-Note-Ambient-Soundscapes-II-for-Omnisphere-2.webp

We invite you on another introspective journey through the realms of ambient music. Lost Note is the sequel to Ambient Soundscapes and the debut soundset by Danish ambient duo Lauge & Baba Gnohm, who have united their energies to craft sounds that transport you to ethereal dimensions…

Lauge has spent over two decades shaping his unique voice within the ambient genre. His melancholic and evocative soundscapes, ranging from beatless drones to IDM and glitch, have established him as a cornerstone of ambient music.

Lauge’s counterpart, Baba Gnohm, brings his own distinct sonic palette, complementing and enhancing the duo’s artistic vision in a fusion of ambient and psybient sounds for Omnisphere 2.

Lost Note builds on the ethos of its predecessor, offering 101 Omnisphere presets, from slow-moving glitchy textures that evolve over time to deep bass drones, and spaced-out arpeggios. The soundset also includes drum kit multis for rhythmic exploration, granular lo-fi soundscapes with subtle imperfections, some 90s-infused acid-lines and other delicate anomalies.

As with its predecessor, the magic of Lost Note unfolds in the lower key ranges, where the sounds reveal their full depth and complexity. The presets invite you to set the BPM below 60 and hold single notes in the low octaves, allowing the sounds to bloom and evolve over time, revealing intricate layers, subtle movement and evolving textures.

Drawing inspiration from Lauge & Baba Gnohm’s own music and visionary artists of labels like Valley View Records, Spotted Peccary, and Ultimae Records, these sounds for Omnisphere 2 embodies the essence of modern ambient music.

Lost Note requires Omnisphere 2.8 and includes a PDF for easy installation. All presets are categorized in official Spectrasonics categories and provide a few dB of headroom. The included PDF ensures a seamless, one-click installation process. Check out the video below, which takes you through 16 presets from the set, followed by two demo tracks.
